Lalita has been practicing Massage Therapy for over 25 years. She has extensive experience with Sports Massage having worked with the Whitecaps MLS, Rugby Canada, International Rugby, Rugby Sevens, PGA Tour, CFL, World Cup Fencing, Olympic Weight Lifting and Cirque du Soliel.

As an instructor at West Coast College of Massage Therapy, Lalita supervises the student outreach at GF Strong Rehab Hospital coordinating and overseeing treatments of patients with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and a wide range of other neuromuscular conditions.

Lalita believes that humans are designed to move with ease through multiple planes of movement. She views the body as dynamic and resilient, capable of adapting and healing. Her treatment combines movement, mobility work, and stretching together with hands on massage techniques in a fluid but targeted manner getting right into key areas creating a feeling of openness, ease, and freedom of movement.

As a Health at Every Size (HAES) practitioner, Lalita believes that all bodies are good bodies. She understands that true health is not determined by our size and shape but by the strength and richness of our relationships, by our ability to do what we love, to participate fully in our lives, and share our gifts with our loved ones and our community. It is in how we show up for ourselves and others.

Lalita is a certified Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She is passionate about fitness and enjoys helping people find fun ways to exercise.
